My name is Ken Schmidt, owner of Ken's Hwy 45 Meat Market LLC. I have over 30 years experience in the meat business. My family & I bought the meat market in November of 2005. I'm originally from Antigo WI, and my wife Amy (Verpoorten) Schmidt is originally from Aniwa WI. We both graduated from Antigo High School and have 2 sons, Dustin & Andrew.
